Also, a friend of mine wants to back up the copy he owns, but clonecd won't work, is there a way to do it?

but the MP owns hard. It is like Quake 3. Playing with bots is ghey but the MP is some of the best.

Takes a lot of practice. Sometimes going into 3rd person on plane ( hit C ) makes it a bit easier. I wish I had a joystick for the plane though. That would own.

mebbe it's my graphics card, but i'm not impressed with the shaky graphics, and I got it set to the lowest settings. And that's in SP, haven't even tried MP yet.

shit, with a 1.7 ghz 512 ram, and a 64 mb GF2, I should be kicking ass here, but I'm not... wtf.

the potential is definitely there with this game, but it could have, and SHOULD have gone much further, but I'm sure that's coming in a year or two.. The phyics engine isn't all that great for the vehicles, and blows IMHO for the planes.

anyways, with EVERYTHING at it's lowest setting, it's an improvement, but it still plays really choppy at times.... and it ain't lag cuz I haven't even tried playing online yet.

Try lowering the sound settings instead. Make sure you install the 1.2 patch too.

the online game is really good. me likes! :up: But i think others have already found a way to cheat. One guy infiltrated the home base, and nomatter how many bullets I put into him, he wouldn't die, and he just went from tank to tank and killed everyone.... did I mention he was on my team too? :mad:

It is fun to jump out of one plane and into another. Takes a lot of practice but it can be done.

ok.. I'm hooked... can't... stop... playing...

what's driving me nuts tho is when I'm repairing a tank that has a turret gunner position, and all I wanna do is jump back into the driver's seat, it always seems to put me on the top of the tank at the worst times. Is there a way to guarantee that I'll jump into the position I need to?

Also, is there a quick way to get from the driver's seat to the gunner position on the halftracks? I still haven't figured out how to get to the gun when I'm the only one in the truck.

Push the number keys to change position. 1 is the driver and 2 is usually the gunner.

Here is another trick. With the APCs hit the number 3 and you take a seat inside the APC. What I like to do is drive it, then gun with it, then when im low on life hit 3 and get inside the armored personal part. When inside you get health back.
