I keep getting a debug error on most websites

I keep getting this error a lot when I visit most websites.

Why am I getting this? I never used to get these messages.

its in your explorer settings
tools --> internet options --> advanced -- >
uncheck "display notification for ever script error"

you should be fine after that

and check "Disable script debugging."
