Can anyone make Enchanted Leather?

I want to make an Arcanite Reaper when I turn 58 (should be soon as I am only 6 bubbles away), but I need 4 Enchanted Leather (and 3 more Arcanite Bars :( ... 17 so far)

Any help is appreciated

I am just debating whether or not I want the Arcanite Reaper or if I should hold out for a Lionheart Helm

The Lionheart Helm is incredible, but it is giong to be hard to find someone to craft one at a reasonable rate
